We understand how stressful having a pest infestation problem or any pest problem invading your home or business. And we understand the impact that pests can have on the health and general well being of a person, their family, friends, employees, and customers; not to mention pets and the destructive capabilities that many pests can wreak on clothes, furniture, food products, and even on the structural integrity of a building. Wantagh/Email — “I had a service call this past Sunday and I wanted to compliment thetechnician. All of the techs have always been so helpful, but Sean went above and beyond. He was polite and courteous, and treated my home like his own. He took extra precaution for the safety of my toddler. He truly deserves recognition for outstanding customer service.” Levittown/Email — “I had one of your service people at my house yesterday and I just wanted to let you know he was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to tell us what he was going to do, did the work, and then made sure we understood what he did. This is the type of person that will keep me using Knockout for future pest control needs. I did not get his name but please look up who was here and thank him for us!” Glen Cove/Angie's List — “In all aspects, they were professional, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them without reservation. ” Rye Brook/Letter — “As a customer of Knockout’s, I wanted to communicate with you the outstanding customer service I received from you organization, in particular one of your customer service reps James and one of your Sentricon technicians Scott. James very nice on the telephone and was able to accommodate my schedule for the very next day - a Saturday morning. I saw the tech waiting outside early for the already early appointment, as not to be late. Scott performed the inspection inside/outside of the house, and answered all my questions. Both James and Scott represented your company very well. I hope that you share this letter with both of them. ” Massapqua/Angie's List — “They came out 7 or 10 days ago and they had come 2 weeks prior to that. They weren't one of the top rated companies. They were using a coupon discount to Angie's List with another company. I used them and I found them very good in every area. They were very nice on the phone, no matter whom I spoke to. They were very punctual. I bought the contract for a full year. The first time I wound up with some insects coming back, they came back again. There was no problem. The guy this time put a little bait down and he sprayed the outside. The first guy had just sprayed everything inside. I could only figure they didn't want to use too much poison if they could get away with it. All in all, they did a very good job. We are very pleased with them. I would definitely use them again. I was going to try somebody local in the area, but I wasn't sure because that company did just for ants. Knockout has different items they sell. He was almost the same exact price as the local guy, but he covered everything. My sister-in-law's husband had a bagel business and years ago they used him. They were very satisfied. He told me he didn't know much about them because he was busy with the business. All he knew was that they didn't have any insects or any bugs. In the food business, that's what you are looking for. They had to come back twice. The first guy didn't put some of the chemicals down. They are pretty big in the tri-state area.” Manhasset/Angie's List — “We called Knockout because we thought we had a termite problem. James arrived at 8am on the dot. We showed him what we thought were our problem areas and he thoroughly checked our grounds and basement. He explained that we did not have termites but was very detailed to show us what to look for the in the future. He provided us with an estimate for a preventive program. We felt confident in his knowledge and was impressed by his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend.” East Meadow/Angie's List — “Truthfully, I think all the exterminators are way overpriced, but since they are close in price, I went with Knockout and bought the year package. The person on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. They came a few days later and took care of the problem. The worker was polite and punctual. A company that is on time or at least keeps you informed is a big plus with me. He did the work, and was careful not to damage any of my property. He explained everything before performing the job. I am satisfied with the service and recommend them. I do have to call them back since the ants are persistent, and I think i have mice under my outside deck (yes that is covered too to an extent). He is professional yet personable, gives an honest and fair appraisal of the job to be done as well as the cost. Yani supervise his employees work until its execution and evaluates the completed work for its excellence. On the day my work was scheduled he was unexpectedly short one employee. He was true to his word though and made sure the work was done that day. I also wanted to thank you for sending out a very honest inspector. When he found I was the seller of a home not a buyer he advocated the buyer request the NPNA-33 Form. I appreciated his advice and honesty with the situation. It is the first time I have sold a home and had been misinformed. Again, thank you for all the assistance your company has given. If not for Patty, [Knockout Pest Control Customer Service Representative]-all of this wouldn't have been possible so would like her to be recognized also!
